Roughly 20 sq ft is all we need

Your customers want ice.
We handle everything else.

Pure Ice USA places a self-serve ice and water vending machine at your business, then installs it, stocks it, services it and sells from it. You collect a fixed monthly rent for the space — and never think about ice again.

  • Marinas
  • Gas stations
  • Grocery stores
  • Campgrounds
  • Shopping centers

No cost to you. No equipment to buy. No obligation to ask.

Why hosts say yes

A new revenue line that costs you nothing to run

Most partners come to us for the rent check. They stay because the ice problem — the deliveries, the melt, the stockouts, the freezer space — simply disappears.

Fixed monthly rent

We lease the footprint from you at an agreed monthly rate. It arrives whether the machine sells one bag or a thousand.

Ice that never runs out

The machine makes its own ice on site, around the clock. No delivery truck to wait on, no summer weekend stockouts.

Zero work for your team

Installation, cleaning, restocking, servicing, cash handling and support are all ours. Your staff never touches it.

A reason to stop in

Premium filtered ice and water at 2 a.m. brings boaters, campers and road-trippers onto your lot — and past your door.

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is yours

1

Tell us about your location

Own or manage a marina, gas station, grocery store, campground or similar high-traffic business? Send us the address and a sentence about the site. That is the whole ask.

2

We come look at it with you

One of the three owners gets back to you personally to talk through the space, power and water access, and what a partnership would look like. Every question answered, no pressure.

3

We install — you get paid

If it is a fit, we cover the site work and installation, place the machine and start paying your fixed monthly rent. From that point on it runs without you.

We pay for the site improvements. Running the water line, the electrical work, the pad, the install — all of it is on us. And unlike other operators, our machines need no sewage connection, which opens up spots most vendors have to turn down.

The product

Ice worth putting your name next to

Every cube starts as municipal water and goes through five stages of filtration before it ever freezes — the same approach used by major national chains. What comes out is clean, consistent and genuinely better than what arrives on a pallet.

  • Lasts up to 50% longer than competitors' delivered bagged ice.
  • Never stale, never fused. Made fresh on site and vended as separated cubes, so there is no bag to throw against the pavement.
  • Ozone Ice Shield. As it melts it helps keep coolers fresher for longer — and it is still perfectly safe to drink.
  • Bag-free if you want it. Customers can vend straight into their own cooler, which cuts plastic and litter on your property.

30-second check

Would your location work?

Four questions. No email required, nothing sent anywhere — the answer appears right here.

What kind of business is it?
Is there about 20 sq ft to spare?

The machine is 46″ wide by 56″ deep, plus roughly 6″ behind and 2 ft each side for service access.

How close are water and power?
What does traffic look like?

Straight answers

The questions we get first

What does this cost me?

Nothing. We buy the machine, we pay for the site improvements and installation, and we cover servicing and restocking. You are leasing us a footprint, not buying equipment.

Who pays for the water and electricity?

That is one of the details we agree on up front, in writing, before anything is installed — along with the monthly rent. No surprises after the fact.

How big is it, really?

46″ wide, 56″ deep and 97″ tall — a bit larger than a standard vending machine. Add about 6″ behind it and roughly 2 ft on each side so we can service it.

What if it breaks down?

We monitor the machines digitally and service them on a schedule. They are built with very few moving parts, which is exactly why we chose them. If something does go wrong, it is our problem to solve — call +1 (440) 567-9656.

Does it need a drain or sewer connection?

No. Water and power are all we need. Many competing machines require sewage access, which rules out a lot of otherwise perfect spots — ours do not.
