Our ice outlasts competitors' delivered bagged ice by up to half again — because it has not spent a week melting and refreezing in transit.
The whole business rests on one thing: what comes out of the chute has to be better than what a truck can drop off. Here is exactly how we get there.

Water first
Our machines run municipal water through a five-stage filtration system — the same approach used by large national chains such as McDonald's. The result is an ultra-pure mineral water that tastes clean and, just as importantly, tastes the same at every machine we operate.
That water feeds both the ice maker and the water vend, so a jug filled at our machine is the same quality as the cubes in your cooler.
A 10-micron pre-filter strips suspended solids down to about a quarter of the width of a human hair.
A 0.5-micron solid carbon block removes chlorine, odour and chemical taste.
A second 0.5-micron block polishes the water and finishes the taste profile.
A scale-reduction filter protects the ice maker from hard water, which is a large part of why these machines stay reliable.
Ultraviolet light sterilizes the water as a final step, for safe, clean drinking water every time.
Then the ice
Our ice outlasts competitors' delivered bagged ice by up to half again — because it has not spent a week melting and refreezing in transit.
Every cube carries ozone. As the ice melts it helps keep your cooler fresher for longer — and it remains completely safe to consume.
Cubes are vended separated, not frozen into a brick. Nobody has to slam a bag on the ground in your parking lot to break it apart.
Customers can slide a cooler straight under the chute and vend directly into it. Bags are available — but nobody is forced to take one.
Footprint & requirements
Slightly larger than a regular vending machine, and considerably less demanding to install than most.

Reliability
We chose these machines specifically because of how little there is to break. Fewer moving parts means no jams and minimal maintenance — and what maintenance there is gets monitored digitally and handled by us, not by your staff.

Check the FAQ, or just get one of the owners on the phone — we would rather answer it directly.
