Three engineers who thought ice deserved better

Pure Ice USA is owner-operated. When you send us a location, you are talking to one of the three people whose names are on the company — not a call center.

Our mission

Revolutionizing the age-old delivered ice industry, one machine at a time

We empower businesses with innovative, efficient, top-quality ice solutions — a virtually endless supply and complete convenience, without any of the work landing on them. Committed to quality and sustainability, we are paving the way for a better, more efficient ice industry. Completely hands-off for you.

All three of us came out of the automotive world, where a supply chain that wastes a product on the way to the customer is a problem to be engineered away, not accepted. Trucking frozen water hundreds of miles so it can partially melt, refreeze into a block, and then run out on the busiest weekend of the year struck us as exactly that kind of problem. So we make the ice where it gets sold.

How we operate

What you can expect from us

A straight answer

If your location is not a fit, we will say so on the first call rather than string you along. It costs you nothing to ask, and we would rather be useful than pushy.

Terms in writing, up front

Rent, utilities, access, responsibilities — all agreed and documented before anything gets installed on your property.

We answer our own phones

Three owners, three direct numbers. If something goes wrong with a machine on your site, you are not filing a ticket into a void.
